About Our Business

Kruzof Ventures is locally owned and operated business in Sitka since 2004.
We have two properties located in Sitka.    

Our property known as Halibut Point Lodging is located on Baranof Island
within the city of Sitka.  It is approximately 3 (three) miles from downtown
Sitka, at 3302 Halibut Point Road.  The available units at this property
include:

Whales' Domain: This is a furnished one bedroom unit that contains a
queen size bed along with a single pull out couch.

Fireweed Haven:  This is a furnished room with a single trundle bed (with
another single underneath) and a private bath.  

Otters Den:  This is a furnished efficiency with a private bath, small
kitchenette and queen size bed.  

Captains Quarters:  Our largest unit consists of a furnished three bedroom,
two bath home.  This unit is able to sleep eight guests comfortably.  There
are  wood floors throughout the home, plus a large kitchen and beautifully
tiled bathrooms.

All units have full amenities plus satellite TV, wireless Internet and private
telephone lines.  The three smaller units share a washer and dryer in a
adjacent laundry room.  The large unit has it's own washer and dryer set.
