Halibut Point Lodging
Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals during the off-peak season are available (October
through April),  plus any applicable tax.

May through September rates are as follows:
Efficiency units are available for nightly and weekly stays.
Nightly rates of $85.00 with kitchenette or rates of $70.00 without kitchenette
Weekly rates of $510.00 with kitchenette or rates of $420.00 without kitchenette

One bedroom unit is available for nightly and weekly stays.
Nightly rates of $115.00                Weekly rates of $690.00
Plus 6% city sales tax and 6% short term bed tax.   Weekly rentals include seventh day free.

Three bedroom house is available for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays.
Nightly rates of $200.00                Weekly rates of $1000.00
Plus 6% city sales tax and 6% short term bed tax.  Weekly rentals include seventh day free.

Middle Island Recreational Cabin
Nightly rental for cabin is $75.00 for up to four adults. Additional adults are $10.00 per night
excluding children under 12.  Plus 12% bed tax.  
Weekly rentals can be used as well, contact us for discounted rates and availability.

Wildlife adds to Sitka's natural beauty. Our mild climate, rich habitat and relatively low
human population make Sitka one of the best places to view wildlife. Nearby waters are a
popular feeding ground for humpback whales in the late fall and early spring.
Summertime provides a wonderful opportunity to view puffins and other sea birds at St.
Lazaria National Wildlife Refuge. While out on the ocean, you may also spot sea otters,
sea lions, whales and other marine wildlife.
